TwoCut Tools makes small, practical calculators for people planning hands-on projects. This site focuses on wallpaper: how many complete drops can you cut from a real roll after allowing for a repeating pattern?

The free tool handles multiple walls, optional openings, trim, random or straight matches, a half-drop planning allowance, and physical roll packages. The worked room pages show the same arithmetic with specific dimensions and explain how each quantity was obtained.

How the numbers are checked

Independent Python and JavaScript implementations are compared on every generated example. Fixed hand calculations cover roll yields, unit conversion, half-drop allowances, openings, and pricing. Counts round upward for required drops and rolls, and downward for available complete drops.

What the tool cannot inspect

We cannot check your walls, the product label, seam positions, or dye-lot numbers. Half-drop budgeting is a conservative allowance rather than an installation sequence. Partial-opening savings and mixed-length offcut reuse need an actual cut plan.
